You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity conducted through your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Professional Services Disclaimer

The Company provides a technology platform only. We do not provide legal advice, accounting advice, tax advice, or financial advice. All professional engagements are entered into directly between Clients and Professionals.

5. Fees and Payments

Clients agree to pay all fees associated with services obtained through the Platform. Fees may include professional fees, platform service fees, subscription fees, processing fees, and applicable taxes.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to violate any applicable law, infringe intellectual property rights, upload unlawful content, interfere with Platform security, circumvent payment systems, or use the Platform for fraudulent activities.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Advisora Connect and its affiliates shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits, data loss, business interruption, professional malpractice by users, or reliance on information obtained through the Platform.
